BSO and Hotel Bellwether Offer an Evening of “Delectable Love Notes”

January 13, 2025

The Bellingham Symphony Orchestra has teamed up with Hotel Bellwether to offer a unique dining experience that offers a romantic evening out, or a Galentines get-together, that also helps raise funds for the nonprofit community organization. Anyone who appreciates amazing food and music will find much to love!

The event, at the Hotel Bellwether Ballroom on Friday, February 8 at 6:30 p.m., will take attendees on a journey exploring the love of food and music: a delicious multi-course dinner paired with romantic music from BSO’s string trio, made up of Shu-Hsin Ko on violin, Yuko Watanabe on viola, and Coral Marchant on cello.

Bellwether Executive Chef Marcello Mazzoleni has created a custom menu with each course playing off of the music, featuring works by Richard Strauss, Franz Schubert, and Leó Weiner. There will be a symphony of flavors!

A cash bar with a premier selection of wine, beer, cocktails and libations will be available (not included in ticket price). The menu can be seen at https://www.bellinghamsymphony.org/event/an-evening-of-delectable-love-notes.

Tickets are $150 per person and can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/delectable-love-notes-tickets-1114119694999?aff=oddtdtcreator.
